Having bilingual staff in your organization is critical to being able to deliver French Language services. But it's not always easy to find, hire and keep bilingual staff. In this webinar, we'll cover several basic principles in recruiting and retaining bilingual staff, including how to avoid common pitfalls. We'll explore the relationship between having bilingual staff, creating a bilingual organizational culture and delivering French Language Services, including why this will benefit your organization and ultimately, the health of your clients.

This webinar is the third of the FLS Capacity Building series offered in English and in French. The series is designed to build the capacity of anglophone and bilingual organizations to deliver French Language Services.
