HC Link's 2013 conference, Linking for Healthy Communities: Collaborating for Change, brought together over 160 people from a variety of settings to connect, learn and share experiences and solutions for building healthy, sustainable and resilient communities. These proceedings provide an overview of the two-day event, which featured an incredible line-up of keynote speakers and workshop presenters that informed and inspired participants to create community change by engaging their communities, working in partnership and fostering environments and conditions that support health.
